Ann is a former high school principal who has worked in California, New Jersey, and Massachusetts. Additionally, she spent nine years with the New England Association of School and Colleges where she honed her interest in curriculum, instruction, and assessment practices through school-wide accountability.

She is keenly interested in working with schools to understand the effective instructional practices that will lead to the development of skills, habits of mind, and dispositions demanded of students in the 21st century.
